Why I Do What I Do
My husband and I have always been educators at heart. Over the years, we’ve taught, coached, and led in various roles, finding deep fulfillment in helping others grow. But while our careers brought us purpose, they didn’t always bring financial ease.
Like many families, we faced the demands of raising kids while trying to secure our future. At times, it felt overwhelming—like we were juggling more than we could handle. We struggled with being unorganized and unfocused in our financial journey.
Everything changed when we decided to get laser-focused. By creating a solid plan and committing to open, honest conversations about money, we turned our financial picture around. The freedom and peace that came from taking control of our finances were life-changing.
Now, I’m shifting from teaching students and coaching educators to helping individuals and families gain that same freedom. I’ve spent years teaching 14- and 15-year-olds to understand math—getting adults to understand their finances is much easier! With patience and a deep commitment to meeting everyone’s unique needs, I work to ease fears and frustrations about money.
